Safety management system

The company has established a five-layer protection system in compliance with OSHA and ISO 45001 standards, covering modules such as HSE systems, risk classification and control, and emergency response. Through the three-level supervision mechanism of "headquarters - region - project", top-down safety control has been achieved, and the recordable accident rate (TRIR) has remained below 0.4 for six consecutive years. At the project sites in the Middle East and North Africa, local HSE specialists are assigned to conduct monthly safety audits and behavioral observations to ensure seamless integration of safety management with local regulations and international standards.
